Adam Godfrey

Adam is Carly Rian Group’s co-founder and Managing Partner. With over twenty three years of experience specializing in private and public sector industries, Adam has earned the respect of colleagues and clients through demonstrated excellence in strategic and analytical thinking, innovative problem solving, and performing value-added analyses on key drivers of organizational success across people, process and technology.  Adam’s robust expertise and experience allow him to remove complexity and bring meaning to business problems in a wide-range of industries and sectors including, banking, insurance, investment management, public sector, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, media, transportation and pulp/paper.  Adam has served as an advisor to boards, CEO’s and senior management teams across private and public sectors with direct experience guiding his clients through strategic and transformational improvement initiatives from planning through to execution.

In addition to enjoying travelling and spending quality time with his wife and three daughters, Adam is a huge sports fan, and an accomplished musician.
