A top tier Canadian bank’s Wholesale Banking Product Operations did not have a clear methodology based process to identify pipeline initiatives to assist product owners in meeting Quick Fixes, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), and Technology project submission targets.  The pipeline was lacking quality , consistency, and quantification techniques and required a data-driven approach to identify where the focus for performance improvement was needed based on the magnitude of potential cost reduction, quality improvement, process efficiency, risk management and improvement to the customer experience.
