Retail Banking Post-Implementation Review Process

A Tier One Canadian bank was in the midst of a $35M capital program to replace their ABM processing platform.  The program required several hardware and software releases, for many clients, at multiple sites across Canada, over several years.  The program had completed an internal pilot phase successfully, but then experienced several significant issues during the next implementation.  The severity of these issues was compounded by the fact that this was the first implementation effecting internal and external clients simultaneously.
