Offshore Suitability Assessment – Renewals

Voice of Business indicated that monthly renewal volumes in the small business centre at a top tier Canadian bank were consistently falling behind and missing customer expected service levels.  This area had already undergone several leaning and continuous improvement events and thus no further improvements were deemed to be readily available.  Carly Rian Group was brought on to assess if key processes within this area were a strategic fit for off-shoring to a third party vendor, thus aligning to the strategic mandate to improve the overall effectiveness of back office operations.
