In order for a technology infrastructure shared services provider to take full ownership of all existing telephony systems and provide a fully managed service, it will need to develop a well defined support delivery process.  As a result, resolution of the following challenges were required:

  1. Current state processes are not standardized, efficient or effective
  2. Roles, responsibilities and key stakeholders are not well defined across the service offerings
  3. Future state FTE/Vendor capacity requirements are unclear
