A Tier 1 Canadian bank established an intake function responsible for sourcing, selecting, and on-boarding candidates for the Financial Services Representative (FSR) role at branches across Canada. The FSR Intake function consists of an Intake Manager and a Recruitment Consultant who are responsible for delivering a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the hiring needs of the branches in their region.  There was material variation in how the FSR Intake process was executed across different teams, leading to inconsistency in the quality and efficiency of the service provided to internal customers.
